Personal de Cine – Personal de Cine. CINESA es la empresa líder en exhibición cinematográfica en España. El Cinema Staff es el corazón de los cines y siempre tiene al cliente en el centro de todo lo que hacen.

Responsabilidades

  • Dar la bienvenida a los clientes en la entrada, ofreciendo orientación y soporte sobre la oferta cinematográfica, boletos y programas de fidelización
  • Controlar los boletos y estar disponible para cualquier necesidad en la sala
  • Verificar y preparar espacios cómodos, ligeros y ordenados
  • Presentar deliciosos menús a los clientes
  • Trabajar como parte de un equipo dinámico e interconectado
  • Involucrar a los clientes en las actividades desde la entrada hasta la salida, haciéndolos sentir al centro de una aventura memorable

Requisitos

  • Habilidades para trabajar con clientes
  • Capacidad de hacer que los clientes se sientan especiales
  • Voluntad de trabajar en equipo y en contacto con clientes
  • Disposición para aprender sobre la marcha y todos los días
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios vespertinos, nocturnos y fines de semana, incluidos días festivos
  • Acceso a un medio de transporte para regresar a casa de manera segura, incluido por la noche
