We are seeking a passionate Head Pastry Chef with a high technical level and strong aesthetic sensibility to lead the pastry department in a restaurant awarded one Michelin Guide star and one Guía Repsol Sun. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellence, creativity, and consistency in every creation, aligning with the standards of quality, innovation, and attention to detail that define signature cuisine.
Responsabilidades
Oversee and coordinate the daily production of the pastry section
Design, develop, and update the dessert menu in collaboration with the Executive Chef
Ensure the highest quality, presentation, and consistency during every service
Control recipe costing, food costs, inventory, and supplier orders
Guarantee compliance with hygiene regulations, food safety standards, and internal procedures
Research trends, contemporary techniques, and seasonal products to maintain an innovative offering
Manage production timelines and coordinate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams during service
Requisitos
Valid documentation to work in Spain
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in fine dining restaurants (experience in Michelin-starred establishments is highly desirable)
Strong command of both classical and contemporary techniques (chocolate work, plated desserts, fine bakery, modern techniques)
Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and aesthetic sensibility
Strong leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
Solid knowledge of cost control and team management
Proactive, creative, and excellence-driven mindset
