Buscamos una persona que lidere la transformación tecnológica de los Soft Services que presta la compañía, actuando como partner estratégico entre las necesidades de los clientes y las soluciones más fiables, eficientes e innovadoras del mercado. Tu misión será entender las necesidades de los clientes y de la compañía, identificar las mejores tecnologías disponibles y las tendencias emergentes, asesorar a las direcciones de negocio y garantizar la implantación exitosa de soluciones tecnológicas que marquen la diferencia. Además, tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollar y potenciar un equipo de profesionales, fomentando una cultura de innovación, colaboración y mejora continua.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar la definición e implementación de la estrategia tecnológica en la compañía en relación a la prestación de Soft Services
  • Monitorizar los avances tecnológicos del mercado y su posible aplicación a los servicios que presta la compañía
  • Mantener un contacto constante con las direcciones de negocio para recoger y entender sus necesidades en materia tecnológica
  • Asesorar a las direcciones de negocio sobre las soluciones tecnológicas a implantar para prestar el mejor servicio a los clientes
  • Supervisar la implantación y mantenimiento del portfolio de soluciones tecnológicas vinculadas a la prestación de Soft Services, tanto desde el punto de vista técnico, de asignación de recursos y de seguimiento económico
  • Dar soporte a las áreas corporativas en el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de negocio
  • Liderar a un equipo de profesionales, impulsando su crecimiento profesional y aportación de valor a la compañía

Requisitos:
