Responsabilidades:

  • Trabajo activo en la búsqueda de nuevos Clientes en España, especializándo en la venta de servicios de Logística de Proyectos y FTL
  • Establecimiento y mantenimiento de un plan de reuniones con los Clientes
  • Captación, retención y desarrollo de nuevos Clientes
  • Manejo de listas de ventas
  • cumplimiento puntual de los objetivos establecidos
  • Celebración y mantenimiento de contratos, negociación de condiciones de pago
  • seguimiento y actualización de contratos y acuerdos relacionados
  • registro de todos los requisitos y acuerdos necesarios en el sistema de gestión de documentos electrónicos
  • Identificación de la regularidad de las necesidades del Cliente (regulares, esporádicas, estacionales, proyectivas) y registro de la información en la cartera del Cliente
  • Evaluación de la satisfacción del Cliente y del trabajo sobre no conformidades
  • Uso del sistema CRM para documentar la actividad del cliente, crear propuestas, procesar pedidos y pronosticar ventas

Requisitos:

  • 5+ experiencia en ventas de logística de proyectos y servicios de FTL
  • Conocimiento comprobado del sector del transporte de mercancías
  • Profundo conocimiento en transporte de carga de proyectos y carga general
  • Habilidades excepcionales para resolver problemas y negociar
  • Enfoque proactivo
  • Capacidad para trabajar tanto individualmente como en equipo
  • Se priorizarán candidatos con cartera de clientes propia
