En UBITS ayudamos a las compañías en Latinoamérica a contratar, entrenar y desarrollar talento, combinando data para tomar mejores decisiones, un servicio al cliente cercano y tecnología potenciada por IA. Actualmente buscamos a nuestra próxima persona Business Developer en México, quien será responsable de identificar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio con clientes empresariales. Su propósito principal será impulsar el crecimiento de UBITS al establecer relaciones sólidas con nuevos clientes y expandir la cartera existente.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderarás la prospección, búsqueda y desarrollo de nuevos clientes desde cero, a través de diferentes canales (email, llamadas, mensajes, entre otros)
  • Llegarás a tomadores de decisión en distintas compañías y sectores, generando una venta consultiva
  • Te encargarás de gestionar todo el ciclo de venta, desde la prospección hasta el cierre exitoso
  • Realizarás la gestión y actualización del CRM (Hubspot)
  • Desarrollarás análisis de mercado para identificar nuevas oportunidades y tendencias del sector
  • Construirás y fortalecerás relaciones con clientes, manteniendo una comunicación constante para comprender sus necesidades y ofrecer soluciones personalizadas
  • Presentarás y negociarás propuestas comerciales, contratos y acuerdos
  • Representarás a UBITS en eventos, ferias y conferencias para ampliar la red de contactos
  • Te mantendrás actualizado en tendencias del mercado y la industria
  • Cumplirás con los objetivos de ventas y crecimiento establecidos

Requisitos

  • Profesional en carreras administrativas o afines
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles comerciales con enfoque Hunter, preferiblemente en entornos B2B
  • Experiencia en venta de productos SaaS
  • Experiencia llegando a tomadores de decisión de Recursos Humanos
