Business Architect

• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to translate business vision, goals, and strategies into actionable plans, aligning them with organizational objectives
• Develop business capability models and roadmaps to support strategic priorities and guide long-term planning
• Design and implement enterprise business architecture frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and scalability across the organization
• Map end-to-end business processes, identify opportunities for improvement or transformation, and optimize business operations
• Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with IT, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to elicit requirements, capabilities, and desired outcomes, ensuring effective collaboration across teams
• Define and implement business architecture governance, ensuring adherence to standards and frameworks while developing KPIs and success metrics to measure and report on the value of architecture initiatives

• Strong understanding of business capability modeling, process mapping, and enterprise frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK)
• Proven experience aligning technology solutions with business objectives
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Industry experience in financial services, healthcare, or technology and proficiency in business architecture tools (Sparx EA, ARIS, MEGA or equivalent)
• 7+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or related strategic roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field, as well as certifications like Certified Business Architect (CBA), TOGAF or similar
• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
