The Strategy Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role that applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area and requires understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function.

Responsabilidades:

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and address high impact strategic issues
Lead projects across their lifecycle: identifying and structuring the problem, analyzing root causes, developing solutions, communicating project results
Identify opportunities for growth or optimization of businesses
Perform deep dives on specific businesses to re-asses strategies and opportunities
Work with businesses in the execution of improvement strategies
Manage all aspects of client service
Develop relationships with executives in business units
Carry out business valuations to assess potential acquisition targets
Develop intensive financial modeling of new initiatives
Conduct in-depth research to support business strategies
Develop presentations for senior management and Citigroup Board of Directors
Raise and present key findings to team leaders
Develop key consulting and analytical skills
Exposure to Citi senior management
Gain deep understanding of both global businesses around Citi
Develop working relationships with a variety of Citi's departments

Requisitos:

5-8 years experience
Solid understanding of strategic financial planning
History of academic and professional excellence and achievement
Maintains quantitative analytical skills
Excellent problem solving abilities
Knowledge of operational/financial modeling (forecasting, valuation) and ability to analyze financial statements
Ability to build presentations that convey a clear story supported by data findings
High degree of flexibility and productivity

Experiencia en temas de riesgo y control
amplio conocimiento en temas regulatorios y de políticas internas
