We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Agile Master for our Hardware Platform Team, someone who thrives in guiding teams toward self-organization, fostering collaboration, and driving high-performance. You’ll be working alongside talented professionals, coaching teams in Agile methodologies, and shaping the future of our hardware platform projects.

Responsabilidades:

  • Removes various impediments (e.g. organizational, work-environmental or mindset-related) to protect the team’s progress and acts as its servant leader
  • Coaches two agile teams (maximum of 5 to 10 members each) in self-organization, cross-functionality and Agile methodologies
  • Helps the team to create high-value and high-quality products
  • Creates an open-minded working environment and inspiration of the team to continuously improve cooperation and collaboration
  • Facilitates Scrum events as requested or needed
  • Consults the Product Owner in arranging the Product Backlog to maximize value
  • Leads and coaches the respective teams in its Scrum adoption
  • Collaborates with other Scrum Masters

Requisitos:

  • Relevant work experience in Agile practices and roles, transformation, change management, and/or consultancy business
  • Experience in change management, and different Agile and Lean approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, XP practices or similar
  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, collaborating, communication, facilitation, conflict management, and team building
  • Higher education degree in business administration, change management, economics, IT or comparable education
