Descripción del trabajo:

Security agent position at The Ritz-Carlton Residences Mexico City responsible for property safety, guest assistance, emergency response, and maintaining security protocols while delivering luxury service standards.

Responsabilidades:

Patrol all areas of the property
Assist guests with room access
Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, fire life safety system
Lock property entrances when required
Conduct daily physical hazard inspections
Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required
Assist guests/employees during emergency situations
Notify appropriate individuals of accidents, attacks, or other incidents
Defuse guest/employee disturbances
Call for outside assistance if necessary
Complete incident reports for Security/Loss Prevention incidents
Handle interruptions and complaints
Resolve safety hazard situations
Escort unwelcome persons from property
Report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts
Complete Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report
Maintain confidentiality of Security/Loss Prevention reports
Conduct investigations and gather evidence
Conduct interviews with relevant parties

Requisitos:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move at speed required to respond to work situations (run, walk, jog)
Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing ≤50 lbs without assistance and >75 lbs with assistance
Grasp, turn, manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills
Move through narrow, confined, elevated spaces
Move over sloping, uneven, slippery surfaces
Navigate stairs and service ramps
Reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, stooping
Read and visually verify information in various formats
Visually inspect tools, equipment, machines
Enter work-related information using computers/point of sale systems
