Como miembro del equipo de ventas de Baxter, estará alineado con una de nuestras unidades de negocios globales y será responsable de nuevos negocios, desarrollando cuentas existentes y garantizando un enfoque centrado en el paciente en todas sus transacciones. Trabajará dentro de un área geográfica asignada o con cuentas específicas para lograr o superar objetivos personales y comerciales, todo en pos de nuestra misión de salvar y sostener vidas. En el puesto de ventas, tendrá la oportunidad de brindar información sobre nuevos mercados y productos, gestionar las inquietudes de los clientes y colaborar con otros equipos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Lead sales of Med Surg equipment within key hospital accounts, with a focus on hospital beds, vital signs devices, and connectivity solutions
  • Develop new business opportunities including tendering, negotiations, and contract management
  • Achieve targets for revenue, profitability, and the annual Territory Business Plan
  • Share market updates and contract insights with contract managers
  • Implement promotional and sales programs in collaboration with marketing, education, training, and applications teams
  • Partner closely with the Clinical Advisor to run trials, demos, training sessions, and sales activities

Requisitos:

  • 7+ years of sales experience with proven consultative selling skills and successful product launches
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in medical device sales with demonstrated achievements
  • Solid experience in tendering and managing high‑level contract negotiations
  • Understanding of connectivity and connected medical ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, customer orientation, and interpersonal skills
  • Digital proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in Dutch and English required
  • Reliable, well‑organized, and able to manage your own time and priorities effectively

  • Support and participate in sales promotions and marketing activities as required
  • Train appropriate medical staff and company employees on new products. In consultation with product experts, ensure customers, prospective customers and staff are technically competent through in-service presentations, one-on-one training, peer education and supply of information.
  • Actively participate in the clinical environment by providing technical consultation as required
  • Monitor and control local inventory issues for the relevant products
  • Practice excellent territory management in terms of salesforce, organisation, administration & expense planning and control.
