Junior Business Analyst

• Utilizing Advanced Excel to manage, analyze, and visualize project data, ensuring accuracy and identifying trends
• Navigating and updating the corporate ERP system (SAP) to ensure streamlined data flow
• Monitoring and refining internal workflows and documentation procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Managing and auditing project documentation within SharePoint, ensuring secure and structured storage of critical records and technical drawings
• Providing analytical support and generating reports for the management team to facilitate project milestones

• Previous experience in a similar role is required
• A University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Engineering
• Fluency in English and the ability to present data findings clearly to various team members
• Expert-level command of MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization)
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (SharePoint, Access, Word) is required
• Previous experience or familiarity with SAP/ERP systems is highly desirable
