Customer Support Representative

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients' requests in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and messages
• Providing information about products, services, and brands
• Resolving technical problems and providing solutions to customer questions
• Efficient handling of customer complaints, clarification of their needs and determination of the cause of the problem
• Promoting and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and gentle communication

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role in the household appliances - electronics or similar sector
• Fluency in English both written and oral
• Strong PC skills, including MS Office
• Collaboration and teamwork skills
• Eager to learn and grow continuously
