As a Business Developer (Sales Manager) based in Alexandroupoli, you will be responsible for boosting sales and developing the Fragmented Trade market (small retail, kiosks, etc.). You will meet our customers daily and be the face of Coca-Cola Three Epsilon in the market. With real-time information at your fingertips through our digital tools, you will not only manage a wide portfolio of iconic brands but also be a trusted partner creating lasting value with our customers.

Manage a defined territory – from supporting existing customers to finding new ones to grow sales
Negotiate deals, carry out activation activities focusing on merchandising standards and ensuring our commercial image and product availability, aiming to expand customer transactions
Enjoy building relationships of trust with customers by finding the best solutions to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
Manage the company's assets in the market and at customer points
Collect information regarding market and customer developments, to adapt to them to evolve and win with our customers daily
Use strategically all available resources to achieve goals, taking into account environmental sustainability
Accept new digital tools and use them to achieve the best results
Collaborate closely with team members as well as members of other departments (Trade Marketing, etc.), promoting team spirit
Απαιτήσεις:
University degree (AEI/TEI)
Previous experience in a similar sales position in the small retail sector (promotion, sales, merchandising)
Previous experience in the food service sector is desirable
Car driving license
Availability & flexibility for travel within nearby geographical areas of the responsibility area
Ability to work unsupervised, focusing on customer needs
Emphasis on results with a passion for sales and a willingness to progress
