Jobbeschreibung:

The job involves a 12-month training program to become a two-way excavator operator, including practical knowledge in track construction and acquiring a locomotive driver's license. After training, the responsibilities include operating the excavator for various tasks in the track bed and ensuring quality and timely work.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Transport, laying, and filling tasks in and on the track bed
Ensuring economical, timely, and quality replacement of sleepers, rails, or ballast
Preparing the excavator and conducting brake tests, shunting trips, and maintenance work

Anforderungen:

Experience in operating excavators or other construction equipment, ideally in the construction industry
Willingness to learn and interest in acquiring a locomotive driver's license
Willingness to work on holidays, weekends, and night shifts
Very good knowledge of German language in spoken and written form
Possession of a car driver's license
