Jobbeschreibung:

This is a three-year training program to become a train traffic coordinator (“Zugverkehrssteuerer”), learning to operate train control centers with modern and manual techniques. Located in Lingen (Ems), Minden, Osnabrück, or Rheine, this role involves overseeing train movements, ensuring safety, and collaborating with team members.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Learn the operation of a train control center (“Stellwerk”)
Operate signal systems and switches
Communicate frequently with colleagues, control centers, and train drivers
Coordinate train movements for safe and timely operations

Anforderungen:

You have (or will soon have) a school degree recognized in Germany
You stay calm and maintain focus in challenging situations
You enjoy taking responsibility and working diligently
Teamwork and reliability are your strengths
You are willing to work in shifts
