Jobbeschreibung:

Training for Zugverkehrssteuerer (train traffic controller) starting September 2025. This 3-year program involves hands-on learning to operate and manage train control systems in Germany. You will be a critical link in providing safe and punctual train journeys.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Learn step-by-step how to operate the technology in a control center (Stellwerk)
Understand when to press the right buttons to manage signals and switches
Frequently communicate with colleagues in train control centers, dispatch centers, and train operators
Be an essential part of the team, ensuring passengers have safe and punctual train journeys

Anforderungen:

You have (or will soon have) a school degree recognized in Germany
Remain calm and keep track in demanding situations
Enjoy taking responsibility and working with focus
Teamwork and reliability are your strengths
Willingness to work in shifts
