Jobbeschreibung:

To start in September 2026, this 3-year training program prepares you for a career in train operations at DB InfraGO AG in Regensburg. The role involves ensuring trains operate safely and punctually, requiring technical understanding and decision-making skills in complex scenarios. You will work closely with train drivers and control center staff while learning about railway control systems ranging from mechanical to digital.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

You learn to safely and punctually manage train operations
You communicate often with other colleagues in train operations, control centers, and train drivers
You understand when to operate switches, signals, or other controls
You familiarize yourself with operational regulations and safety rules during your training
You gain hands-on experience with various railway control systems, from mechanical to digital
After your training, you will work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Anforderungen:

You have successfully completed (or are about to complete) school with a diploma recognized in Germany
You have German language skills at at least the B2 level
You remain calm and focused, even in challenging situations
You enjoy taking responsibility and working in a focused manner
You demonstrate teamwork and reliability
You are willing to work in shifts
