Jobbeschreibung:

As Zugchef (Train Manager), you have overall responsibility in Intercity and ICE trains and do everything for a service-oriented, punctual and safe train journey. This is a career change opportunity with 12-month full-time training program in Munich.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Act as host with charming manner and positive appearance as role model for the team
Lead, manage and coach up to ten employees on board
Implement excellent service for passenger care and onboard catering
Perform safety-related tasks and inform guests according to prescribed standards
Responsible for all passengers as well as service-oriented and technical measures
Ensure achievement of business objectives such as customer satisfaction, punctuality, revenue security and ticket inspection

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of vocational training in a service-oriented profession
Alternatively, long-term experience as a flight attendant
Strong entrepreneurial competence and economic thinking
Communication skills and conflict management skills
Assertiveness and responsibility for decisions
Willingness to work away from home and irregular shift/rotating duty
Initiative and resilience
Willingness to acquire knowledge in vehicle technology
Openness to digital communication tools - tablets, apps, etc.
Fluent German and good English skills
