We are looking for a Zugansager (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the locations Lörrach or Weil am Rhein. The role involves providing timely acoustic information, operating passenger information systems, monitoring operational events, and supporting special topics.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

timely execution of acoustic information
warning travelers according to the traffic station regulations
operation and monitoring of passenger information systems
observation of operational events
adjustment of required data in the information systems
monitoring of fault reports and initiation of measures to eliminate faults in cooperation with the 3-S center
support in interesting and varied special topics

Anforderungen:

successfully completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
ability to work independently and responsibly
high level of customer and service orientation
flexibility
willingness to work shifts (2-shift operation, including holidays and weekends)
