Als Werkstudent*in im Verkauf bist du Teil unseres Store Teams und damit maßgeblich für den Erfolg unseres Stores in Köln mitverantwortlich. Du teilst unsere Leidenschaft für Home & Living und verstehst unsere Kund*innen auf vielfältige Weise zu inspirieren. In deiner täglichen Arbeit schaffst du eine einladende Atmosphäre und gehst auf die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche unserer Store Besucher*innen ein. Diesen bietest du überraschende In-Store-Erlebnisse und machst sie mit deiner gewinnenden Art und deinem Verkaufstalent zu begeisterten Kund*innen. Position ist unbefristet, der Arbeitsort ist Köln.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • leidenschaftliche und erstklassige Beratung und Inspiration unserer Store Besucher*innen durch direkte Kundenansprache und Kundenbetreuung
  • Kassieren, Warenpräsentation, Bestückung der Fläche und weitere administrative Aufgaben
  • Erreichung sowohl individueller Ziele als auch der Store Ziele und aktive Mitgestaltung beim Tagesgeschäft und sämtlicher operativer Store-Prozesse
  • Planung und Betreuung von Promotion- und Marketingaktionen sowie Events
