Du willst internationale Kunden erfolgreich betreuen und aktiv zum globalen Wachstum von StepStone beitragen? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams als Werkstudent*in in unserem Global Hiring Solutions Team und gestalte ein exzellentes Kundenerlebnis für Unternehmen weltweit. Werde Teil unseres Teams und übernehme vielfältige Aufgaben in unserem internationalen Bereich.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Unterstützung des Global Hiring Sales Teams beim Aufbau und der Qualifizierung einer validen Vertriebspipeline sowie bei administrativen Aufgaben in der Kundenbetreuung
  • Aufbereitung und Auswertung verschiedener Datenbanken und Informationsquellen zur Gewinnung vertriebsrelevanter Daten
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung unseres Wachstums und eigenverantwortliche Übernahme kleiner Projekte
  • Enger Austausch mit internen Fachbereichen (lokale Sales- & Service-Einheiten, Controlling) sowie internationalen Partnern

Anforderungen:

  • Eingeschriebene*r Student*in eines wirtschaftsorientierten Studiengangs (z. B. BWL, WiWi, Wirtschaftspsychologie)
  • Großes Interesse an modernen Recruiting-Produkten sowie Begeisterung für spannende Sales- und Vertriebsthemen
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative, gepaart mit einer systematischen Arbeitsweise und sehr gutem Zeitmanagement
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel sowie hervorragende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Reporting-Tools
  • Verfügbarkeit von 16–20 Stunden pro Woche für einen Zeitraum von mindestens einem Jahr
