Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem motivierten Werkstudenten (m/w/d), der unser Team in Alzenau mit Tatkraft und Engagement verstärkt.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der CRM-Datenqualität (Vollständigkeit, Konsistenz, Aktualität)
  • Pflegen, Bereinigen und Aktualisieren von Kunden- und Kontaktdaten (u. a. Dublettenprüfung, Datenchecks, Konsistenzprüfungen)
  • Mitwirken bei der Definition und Umsetzung von Datenqualitätsregeln und Erstellen einfacher, praxisnaher Guidelines für Anwender/innen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von CRM-Prozessen
  • Unterstützung bei internen Präsentationen (Sales & Product Management): Erstellen/Optimieren von PowerPoint-Folien im Corporate Design, Konsolidieren von Inputs und Pflegen von Templates
  • Unterstützung bei Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsrecherchen und Zusammenfassen relevanter Informationen in kurzen, aussagekräftigen Insights

Anforderungen:

  • Immatrikulierte/r Student/in idealerweise im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Data/Business Analytics, Marketing oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Affinität zu Daten und Details
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Interesse für Vertriebsprozesse und das Markt- bzw. Wettbewerbsumfeld

Wünschenswert:

Kenntnisse in weiteren Tools wie CRM-Systeme, Power BI o. ä.
