Werkstudent position in Process Excellence O2C Travel Revenue at TUI, focusing on data analysis, process optimization, and efficiency improvement projects in the tourism sector

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Data analysis and report creation as basis for strategic and operational decisions of process managers using Tableau, Power Query
Support in efficiency improvement projects
Research on best practices and optimization methods
Support in process analyses and documentation
Participation in process optimization workshops

Anforderungen:

Theoretical background in economics and computer science (e.g., industrial engineering, cognitive sciences, management & digitalization with focus on processes, quality and/or IT)
Native German language skills required
Very good English language skills required
Interest in financial systems (e.g., SAP) and tourist reservation systems required
Very good knowledge of MS Office products
Good knowledge of Tableau and SAP desirable
Structured, independent and precise working style
Very good numerical understanding
Good communication skills
Strong teamwork and customer orientation
First experience in this area or participation in Lean/Six Sigma courses desirable
