Jobbeschreibung:

We are looking for a motivated student interested in gaining practical experience in process management by supporting, analyzing, and enhancing internal processes, contributing to projects, and more while fostering innovation and team collaboration in Vienna.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Supporting process management and actively contributing to its development
Maintaining and updating project and business processes in the internal management system
Analyzing existing processes, identifying improvement potential, and modeling new or existing processes
Managing process documents and assigning permissions across different areas.

Anforderungen:

You are currently pursuing a degree focused on process management
You may already have first experience in process management or are familiar with common process modeling tools - both are advantages
You understand complex interconnected processes and find it exciting to develop yourself further
You are motivated to work independently, communicatively, and like to bring in your own ideas
As a communicative and structured team player, you understand the workflows and peculiarities in corporations and know how to navigate them successfully.

Experience in process management
