Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support in the organization, preparation, follow-up and evaluation of trainings
Active involvement in the organization, evaluation and further development of individual development and onboarding programs
Research and prequalification of suitable training offers and coaches for our employees
Maintenance of our intranet pages and internal communication formats for our trainings and learning culture
Project-based support in the further development of various training and personnel development topics

Anforderungen:

Studying Economics or Social Sciences, (Business) Psychology or a comparable degree
First practical experience with a learning management system is desirable
Strong organizational skills and high initiative
Careful, solution-oriented and independent way of working
Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Good German skills (from C1 level) and English skills
