Start in the Customer Delivery Team and be responsible for day-to-day business as well as ensuring the quality of the fleet and the delivery of premium vehicles from our Autohero Retail Department. In this department, we enable our customers to have an unparalleled online car buying experience.

Verantwortlichkeiten

Support the team after university, on lecture-free days and/or on weekends
Take on the role of host: look after our customers and ensure a flawless service process
Carry out vehicle handovers with the digital handover protocol
Prepare the corresponding vehicles for refurbishment and ensure a smooth workflow
Carry out quality control on our customer vehicles and thereby support our vehicle appraisers
Take on general administrative tasks and be available as a contact person for other departments on site

Anforderungen

Currently enrolled as a student for at least one more year at a university or college
Ideally first experience through part-time jobs in fleet management
Experience in gastronomy, hospitality, and retail is welcome
(First) professional experience in sales, purchasing, and/or service in the automotive sector is a plus
Coordinated, structured, and independent way of working
Strong communication skills and strong customer orientation with always friendly and professional appearance
Resilience, initiative, and strong team player qualities
Fluent German skills and first experience with Google Sheets, Word and Excel
Class B driver's license
