• Support in professional preparation of ideas and strategies in PowerPoint presentations and other documents for different target groups
• Participation in various working groups on topics such as revision of rulebooks and development of innovative learning concepts
• Support in organization and implementation of events with independent management of sub-projects
• Administrative support in creation of rulebook documents, evaluations and presentations
• Target group-oriented preparation and structuring of information

• Studying preferably Education/Educational Science, Economics or Social Sciences, or Transportation Sciences with interest in qualification topics
• First practical experience in the area of professional personnel development or employee qualification
• Taking responsibility and proving reliability
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office, primarily MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Independent and self-reliant work approach
• Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and with multiple interfaces
