Verantwortlichkeiten

Work independently on reporting and analyses in the Fixed Retention Squad, which is responsible for the value development of fixed-line broadband and TV existing customers
Monitor the performance of sales channels and highlight deviations
Analyze the performance of NBA tips and campaigns and share your insights with the squad
Update management presentations by combining inputs from various reports
Support the team with ad-hoc analyses of performance and customer behavior

Anforderungen

Studying business administration, business informatics, statistics, data science, business analytics, marketing or a comparable subject, preferably in a higher semester
High degree of independence and quick comprehension
Confident in handling numbers
Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau or similar software solutions
Ability to interpret data and conduct sound analyses
Ability to communicate findings clearly and precisely, both in writing and orally
Careful and precise working method with a focus on detail
Willingness to work closely with other team members and exchange information
Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities
Speaks German and English
