Jobbeschreibung:

The role involves working closely with HR representatives, learning about various HR topics, assisting in daily operations, taking ownership of partial HR processes, supporting HR projects, and participating in meetings and workshops. The position is part-time (16-20 hours per week) with hybrid work options.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Collaborate with HR representatives
Learn about HR topics from onboarding to offboarding
Assist in daily operations (e.g., contract amendments, parental leave requests, termination confirmations, research)
Take ownership of partial HR processes (e.g., anniversary processes, residence and work permits)
Support HR projects (e.g., IT system implementation, HR process optimization, presentation creation)
Participate in meetings and workshops

Anforderungen:

Studying (Betriebs-)Wirtschafts- or Sozialwissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie or a comparable field
First practical experience in Human Resources preferred
Proficiency in MS-Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Availability for 16-20 hours per week
Ability to work onsite at least 2x per week
German language skills (C1 level)
English language skills
