• planning, coordination, and control of maintenance, repair, and cleaning of vehicles
• disciplinary leadership for approximately 10 employees
• responsibility for maintenance and workshop controlling
• processing of purchases and orders in maintenance via SAP
• creating a motivating work climate
• conducting training and instruction for employees
• monitoring the timely and quality exchange with external/internal customers and suppliers
• leading the team through change processes

• successfully completed Kfz-Meister:in training, ideally in the commercial vehicle sector
• several years of professional experience, preferably in the maintenance of commercial vehicles
• experience in team management and employee leadership
• ability to create motivating conditions and lead a team in a results-oriented manner
• open to new ideas and able to think beyond the boundaries of your area
• IT affinity and MS Office skills
• preferably SAP knowledge
• possession of a class B driver's license
