Jobbeschreibung:

As a cleaning supervisor, you are indispensable for patient care – with your team, you ensure hygiene that everyone can rely on.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Organize workflows and monitor work results in your area
Ensure quality according to our quality management guidelines
Support the team leader in scheduling, duty, and vacation planning for your team
Train new colleagues and reliably instruct them in their tasks
Act as a contact person for the team leader and ensure smooth operations

Anforderungen:

Experience in building cleaning – ideally in a hospital environment
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Team-oriented, resilient, and with leadership skills
