Join the creative team at IKEA where you combine Scandinavian design and innovative ideas to deliver inspiring solutions for customers, fostering a better everyday life.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Design inspiring and coordinated solutions for different target groups and styles
showcase IKEA products in a way that facilitates purchasing decisions
plan and implement layouts for departments and products based on IKEA concepts
stay updated on trends and local market needs
create new presentations and seasonal adjustments to enhance customer experiences
collaborate closely with team members and other departments
coordinate work with external firms.

Anforderungen:

Enthusiasm for housing and design with a sense for colors, shapes, and materials
education in visual marketing design and/or experience in trade fair construction or shop design
proficiency with REVIT software
broad knowledge of materials, tools, and their application
ability to physically work on the shop floor
fluency in German and English
willingness to travel for support in new and renovation projects
self-driven approach to career development and leadership aspirations.

Wünschenswert:

Creativity and ability to adapt to market trends
knowledge of Scandinavian design
experience with mood boards and practical tools such as a paint roller or power drill.
