Traffic dispatcher for Regionalverkehr Alb-Bodensee GmbH at the Ulm location, responsible for monitoring, controlling and coordinating smooth operations in regional transport

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Monitoring, controlling and coordinating smooth operations in regional transport
Dispatching driving personnel and vehicles while considering applicable regulations
Ensuring punctual train traffic and passenger satisfaction
Arranging suitable replacement measures for personnel absences or technical disruptions
Documenting disruptions and informing customers and colleagues about changes in operations

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed vocational training with a logistics or railway operations focus (e.g., freight forwarding merchant, merchant for freight forwarding and logistics services, or railway operations staff)
Ideally have knowledge of railway operations and previous experience in dispatch
Ability to remain calm and focused in work-intensive situations
Show sensitivity in dealing with team and other contacts and convince through well-founded arguments
