Verantwortlichkeiten:

Actively shape the IKEA shopping experience
Advise customers and ensure their satisfaction
Plan furnishing solutions for the living room area
Know and offer the entire range of services
Take responsibility for your shopping area
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall shopping experience
Work with the logistics team to guarantee product availability

Anforderungen:

Interest in furniture and home furnishing
Experience in sales or customer service
Enjoy daily contact with diverse people
Fluent in German, English skills are an advantage
PC skills
Ability to work independently and manage time
Capable of performing physically demanding tasks
Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday in early and late shifts
