Jobbeschreibung:

As a procurement and contract lawyer, you advise and support internal clients on procurement and contract law matters, handle contract design and negotiations, accompany procurement procedures, review legal materials, and represent the company in court proceedings.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Advise and support internal clients on procurement and contract law matters
Responsible for contract design and contract negotiations with bidders
Accompany internal clients in various procurement procedures
Review legal materials and ensure staying informed about current developments
Represent Wiener Linien before the Administrative Court of Vienna in procurement matters
Coordinate with external lawyers

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed university studies with legal focus
At least one year of professional experience with focus on contract and procurement law
Confident handling of common IT applications like MS Office
Completed bar exam is advantageous
Ability to independently supervise assigned specialist departments
Solution-oriented approach to supporting internal clients
Interest in legal implementation of technical projects
