Jobbeschreibung:

The Vegetationskoordinator:in is responsible for monitoring and coordinating vegetation control activities on infrastructure facilities to ensure safe and efficient operation. The role involves working closely with district managers, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring compliance with operational requirements and safety standards.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Monitoring the demand and requirement-based execution of vegetation control (inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance) on infrastructure facilities in the track sector to ensure safe, punctual, and economical operation
pre-sorting and pre-prioritizing transferable SAP orders for the respective district manager/ALV
main point of contact for district managers/ALV for vegetation orders and ensuring the bundling of information and general exchange of experience in the region
prioritizing vegetation measures in and on the track based on growth, operational requirements, central strategies, and risk analyses
controlling the processing of vegetation reports and taking over the creation and processing of vegetation reports in SAP
contributing to the troubleshooting of facilities and thus ensuring operational safety

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of a university degree in forestry or a related field
alternatively, successful completion as a state-certified technician or master craftsman with at least 3 years of professional experience
ideally, several years of practical professional experience in the vegetation sector
preferably certified as a tree inspector and qualified as a self-securer or construction site securer for road work sites
knowledge of MS Office applications and initial experience in handling SAP
teamwork, communication skills, and resilience
