Jobbeschreibung:

Ultraschallprüfer:in (w/m/d) für die DB InfraGO AG am Standort Ingolstadt. Durchführung zerstörungsfreier Inspektionen (Ultraschall-/Wirbelstrom-/Magnetpulverprüfungen) an Gleisen und Weichen, Qualitätssicherung Schiene und Abnahme von Schienenbearbeitung.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Perform independent non-destructive inspections (ultrasound/eddy current/magnetic particle testing on tracks and switches)
Create necessary documentation of performed inspections
Observe applicable regulations and economic principles
Record performance data and order effort data
Timely order confirmation in SAP
Responsible for rail quality assurance
Acceptance of rail processing work

Anforderungen:

Successful completed apprenticeship in a metal or construction trade (e.g., fitter, civil engineering worker, road builder, metalworker) or comparable
Ideally possess qualifications as ultrasound tester (UT 1/2, ET 1/2, VT 1/2) and specialist rail technology
Ideally possess qualifications as switch/track mechanic, IHK master track construction, works manager superstructure, or specialist construction supervisor
Experience in handling MS Office and SAP
Target-oriented work approach, reliability, high sense of responsibility, initiative, assertiveness and conflict resolution skills
Valid Class B driver's license
Willingness to acquire necessary knowledge
