Training Manager

• Planning, organization, and implementation of product and application training—virtual, on-site, and at various locations
• Moderation and continuous improvement (CIP) of training programs and trainers
• Creation and maintenance of technical training materials
• Development and operation of online training courses to supplement classroom training
• Responsibility for the training rooms at the RTT Academy
• Recruitment, training, and deployment of trainers from our subsidiaries
• Support in organizing and running trade fairs

• Completed commercial or technical training with in-depth specialist knowledge in the field of conveyor technology, rubber and rubber technology
• Very good German and English skills are required

• Experience in planning, implementing, and organizing national and international training courses and trade fairs
