A good education is the key to successful and sustainable rail transport. We are looking for you as a Trainer für Triebfahrzeugführer (w/m/d) for DB Regio AG at the Ulm location. You enjoy passing on your knowledge and contributing to a good education? Then this position is perfect for you!

Verantwortlichkeiten:

conducting lessons and practical training on-site and on the vehicle
responsible for vehicle training of driving personnel, Triebfahrzeugführer:innen, and Eisenbahner:innen im Betriebsdienst
conducting various modules for initial training groups EiB-T and lateral entrants
contributing to the creation of teaching materials according to pedagogical and didactic aspects
acting as a role model through complex specialist knowledge from theory and practice and the consistent adherence to quality standards

Anforderungen:

successfully completed vocational training as an Eisenbahner:in im Betriebsdienst or the lateral entry as a Triebfahrzeugführer:in
at least three years of professional experience
experience as a Fahrtrainer für Tf is desirable
willingness to train flexibly at our locations
sound specialist knowledge in railway operations
unrestricted operational fitness
teamwork, willingness to take responsibility, and reliable independent decision-making
communication skills, analytical thinking, reliability, and high flexibility
