• Product development and end-to-end implementation of sustainable, integrated energy transition solutions around energy management, heat supply, charging infrastructure, photovoltaics and storage for DB's stationary sector
• Digital networking of energy transition solutions
• Target group communication with various interfaces, customers and other stakeholders
• Development, implementation and control of sustainability measures
• Strategic and operational sustainability management of the green transformation
• Driving defined milestones in group projects to achieve sustainability goals

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other technical/business fields related to energy economics completed within the last two years
• Basic technical and pronounced economic understanding
• Passion for sustainability
• Initial practical experience in sustainability management processes, project management, and digitalization/AI environment
