Join DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH in Duisburg as Tiefbaufacharbeiter:in or Gleisbauer:in in environmental and resource protection. Lead construction teams and ensure professional execution of tasks while contributing to sustainable infrastructure projects.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Taking on specialist and leadership tasks in construction projects in the area of environmental and resource protection
Guiding and leading a designated construction team
Ensuring professional execution of all tasks
Ensuring smooth and economic construction operations
Recording production performance and daily construction reports
Considering technical, economic, and social aspects during task distribution
Monitoring quality assurance, occupational safety, accident prevention, and environmental protection.

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed vocational training as Tiefbaufacharbeiter:in and/or Gleisbauer:in
Several years of professional experience in Tiefbau and/or Gleisbau
Willingness to acquire necessary qualifications
Strong analytical thinking skills and high commitment and resilience
Economic thinking and action
Strong customer orientation and engagement
Valid driver's license class B.
