Jobbeschreibung:

The GSH Bremen - Bremerhaven is one of several general renovations in the Generalsanierung Nord portfolio. The project team will gradually incorporate the experience gained in this first corridor into the other general renovations.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

being the contact person for all involved persons, companies and authorities in various trades such as structural engineering, civil engineering and superstructure
coordinating the contract-compliant execution of planning, construction supervision and testing services
creating tender and award documents
cross-sectional coordination
documenting, reviewing and evaluating additional claims
applying for public-law permits and building documents according to VV-Bau STE or VV-Bau
participating in meetings, program sessions and cross-departmental coordination discussions
reporting directly to the project management
actively coordinating and communicating with customers and stakeholders on all project matters
leading and mentoring project engineers

Anforderungen:

successfully completed university degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification
professional experience in project management in infrastructure projects
high level of initiative, entrepreneurial and analytical thinking and action
good knowledge in the processing of construction projects according to VV BAU STE, VV BAU, VV IST
very good analytical skills combined with strong communication skills
