• Back office support for the sales force
• Order entry, calculation and quotation preparation
• Creating order confirmations, delivery bills as well as workshop and assembly orders
• Unterstützung bei Produktionssteuerung und Montagedisposition
• Carrying out order-related purchase orders and material disposition
• Organisatorische Unterstützung im Werkstatt- und Montagebereich
• Calculating and managing completed orders
• Invoicing and issuing credit notes
• Creation and processing of supplier declarations

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischer Weiterbildung oder technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation die beide Aspekte abdeckt
• Gutes technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen und Arbeitsvorbereitung
• Experienced with the common MS Office programs
• A high degree of service orientation, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team

Ideally experience in the invoicing of assembly services
