Verantwortlichkeiten

independent procurement of various catalog and production parts, taking into account technical specifications and production deadlines
continuous optimization of purchasing processes and active and sustainable improvement of profitability in the entire procurement sector
intensive support of existing supplier relationships and further development through strategic selection of suitable partners for global markets
management of complex price negotiations and active promotion of the development of new national and international procurement markets
monitoring of ongoing orders and ensuring timely material availability through close coordination with logistics
support for internal construction and project management in the technical clarification of components and conscientious checking of necessary manufacturing drawings
master data maintenance in the ERP system and thus the important interface between internal sales, production and all external suppliers

Anforderungen

successfully completed degree as Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d), Technischer Betriebswirt (m/w/d) or comparable academic qualification with a technical orientation
several years of professional experience in purchasing within a manufacturing company, ideally with a solid understanding of mechanical components and manufacturing processes
secure knowledge in using common MS Office products and practical experience in using SAP systems
German language skills at native level and negotiation-level English skills in spoken and written form for professional communication with national and international business partners
high level of negotiation skills and pronounced technical understanding for safely reading complex technical drawings and specifications
analytically thinking personality and always working in a structured manner with a high degree of responsibility for the quality of the procured products
valid work permit and a fixed residence in Germany
