The job involves supporting the DB InfraGO AG in Berlin for the organizational unit Projects Siemensbahn. The tasks include ensuring the timely and quality processing of business transactions, maintaining filing plans and SharePoint, handling ordering processes, and coordinating employee attendance. The role requires a high level of initiative, teamwork, and communication skills.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

ensure timely and quality processing of business transactions
maintain filing plan and SharePoint
ensure revision-proof documentation of incoming and outgoing mail
responsible for ordering processes of materials
ensure supply of meeting rooms with drinks and moderation materials
maintain documents on topics such as occupational safety and regulations
coordinate weekly attendance of employees
handle internal and external inquiries

Anforderungen:

successfully completed technical or commercial training preferably in the field of office communication or comparable
ability to maintain an overview even under high stress
high level of initiative
ability to work independently and in a structured manner
networking beyond one's own area
proficiency with common IT systems (MS Office, Doxis, etc.)
