Verantwortlichkeiten:

Examine and process tender documents for construction projects in areas such as track, civil engineering, and structural engineering domestically and abroad under guidance
conduct on-site inspections and provide preparation of alternative offers and price inquiries
coordinate technical and commercial framework conditions with executing business units and external parties
maintain costing data in the project database and calculation program
coordinate bid costing measures with project managers and site managers, also across departments and companies
collaborate with areas such as controlling and procurement
prepare documents for bid negotiations and perform follow-up costing with construction and project management
assess quantities and performance estimates in coordination with work preparation

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
professional experience in bid processing and costing
very good knowledge of MS Office
strong analytical and conceptual skills
networked entrepreneurial thinking
communication and teamwork skills
distinct negotiation skills and assertiveness
resilience under deadline pressure
high commitment
valid driver's license Class B
