For our internal DB customers, we handle projects across all project performance phases and all required trades. Our project management services start with advising customers on the project task and range from planning and construction execution to documentation and qualified project completion. At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you for a period of 24 months as a project assistant for infrastructure projects (m/f/d) at DB InfraGO AG at the Münster location. Together in a team with the project management and project engineers, you ensure the success of the project.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

targeted preparation of project-specific information
cross-sectional tasks
independent supervision of internal project processes
participation in the contract-compliant and quality-compliant execution of planning, construction, construction supervision and inspection services
support for project management through organizational, coordination and cross-sectional tasks in project management during the planning and construction phase and in public relations
creation of presentations, statistics and business letters for the project team
data maintenance in project management systems such as Doxis, SharePoint and iTWO
regulation of access and use of various systems in consultation with the team
partial tasks in the purchasing and billing process and coordination with commercial departments
handling internal and external inquiries
support for the project team in applying for official permits to the EBA, in statements as a public interest carrier and in coordination with authorities and involved third parties

Anforderungen:

successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training or a completed technical or economic degree
good technical understanding
ideally first experiences as a project assistant, preferably in the area of infrastructure projects
confident in handling MS Office
organized, reliable, structured and independent work style
high level of conscientiousness, sense of responsibility and team spirit
communication skills, interest and enjoyment in exchanging ideas with all project participants
friendly and confident appearance
