Supporting our customers via email with clarity, empathy, and technical depth
Independently handling requests from start to finish and ensuring timely, effective solutions
Analyzing and troubleshooting complex problems to identify root causes
Close collaboration with support, product, and engineering teams to share insights and solve recurring issues
Contributing to internal documentation, self-service resources, and the continuous improvement of our support processes
Conducting webinars and office hours to empower our customers with knowledge
Using and testing AI to optimize workflows, automate insights, and increase support quality
Anforderungen
Technically curious and learns new systems quickly
enjoys recognizing connections in a versatile product
Experience in customer support and technical troubleshooting (SaaS experience an advantage)
Clear and confident communication in German and English
Well-organized, proactive, and confident in independently handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Enjoys conceptual work and good project management skills to implement ideas
