Verantwortlichkeiten

Verantwortung für die gesamte Kommunikation und Koordination bei technischen Eskalationen – von der Erfassung bis zur Lösung
Initiierung und Steuerung von Eskalationen zwischen L2 und L3 gemäß interner Prozesse
Validierung von Priorität und Auswirkung zur korrekten Triage
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von SLAs und Nachverfolgung des Eskalationsfortschritts
Eigenständige Bearbeitung kritischer Vorfälle, die die Software-Nutzbarkeit beeinträchtigen, inklusive strukturierter Kommunikation mit Kund:innen und internen Teams
Unterstützung bei Datenmigrationen, insbesondere bei Produkt- und Kundendatenimporten über SQL-Datenbanken
Bearbeitung von API-bezogenen Anfragen und Datenexporten
Teilnahme an Kund:innengesprächen bei technischen Themen, insbesondere bei Key Accounts
Unterstützung anderer Support-Level bei Bedarf (z. B. temporäre Mitarbeit im L1-Support)
Begleitung neuer Kolleginnen im Onboarding und Coaching von L1-Support Spezialisten:innen, um wiederkehrende Eskalationen zu reduzieren
