Anforderungen

  • Native or Advanced Fluency in German (Mandatory)
  • Interest and/or previous experience in fiber optics, networks, and technical troubleshooting (valued)
  • Strong affinity for technology, with good IT and systems knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
  • Availability to work rotating shifts

  • Consulting on test results and support for related areas in quality issues concerning rubber compounds and semi-finished products
  • Processing quality deviations and implementing and monitoring measures in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
  • Further development of testing methods and release specifications, as well as production of test mixtures in collaboration with the development department and ensuring the operational readiness of laboratory and mixing machines

  • also conduct oral examinations for operational employees, occasionally design training events and support new colleagues as a mentor
  • develop new and sustainable concepts and strategies for the maintenance and modernization of systems and actively contribute to innovative regional special projects
